• Call the advertiser, set a time, and take someone with you.

With money

• Never send a booking fee, viewing fee or advance payment before you have seen the property and verified the paperwork.
• For rentals, insist on a written agreement and keep receipts.
• Keep the sender name and number for any bank or mobile banking transfer.

If something feels wrong
