Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you register: name, email, optional mobile number and a password hash (passwords are never stored in plain text).
• When you post: property details, photos and contact name, phone and email — shown publicly on your ad.
• Technical data: session cookies, IP address and browser information for security and fraud prevention.

How we use it

To run the service, publish your listings, deliver messages, prevent spam and fraud, and improve the site. We never sell your data.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for login sessions, language preference and security. Parts of the site will not work without them.

Third parties

Google Maps may be used to show locations and an SMTP provider to send email. Their own policies apply to those services.

Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your data at any time from your profile settings.
